Built by parents for parents

When our daughter was born, it was important for us to share every day moments with our family and friends. Even though there was no shortage of online sharing sites, there wasn't one that was everything we wanted. Some required our family and friends to sign up for the service (a big no-no for the non-techies). Others did either photos or videos but not both. And all of them required us to spend our valuable free time reorganizing photos and videos and babysitting the uploads.

We realized that sharing photos and videos was not as easy as it could be. We set a goal of being able to share all 10 gigabytes of our existing photos and videos in under 5 minutes. When we met our goal, CloudFire was born.

We believe

Sharing should be simple

Too many services focus on displaying your photos and videos but ignore how they get shared in the first place. Rather than outsourcing the sharing workflow to 3rd party applications, we choose to own it, pour over the details, optimize every step, and deliver the simplest sharing experience possible.

Sharing is about making others smile

Our mantra is "easy for you, easy for them". We go to great lengths to make viewing your memories just as easy as sharing them.

Nothing should come between you and your images

You'll never see any ads or get any spam from us. We'll never hold your photos and videos hostage. You own your photos and videos and are always in full control.

Privacy and security are non-negotiable

We don't take any shortcuts with your data and implement strong security practices in how your data is stored and shared. Mutliple password-protected galleries allow you to control what you share and with whom.

Great service matters

We put our 800 number on our page and stand firmly behind our products. We always answer the phone and respond to email support questions usually in minutes versus hours or days.
